How it works

Use the buttons above to register and pay for your class. 
  • Drop-ins: Either register and pay online for your drop-in, or, for in-person attendance, simply come to class. 
  • Class Series: When you purchase the whole series of classes, you will have access to the audio recordings for any missed classes. If you miss the sign-up deadline for the whole class series (usually the day of class #1), just drop-in to the other classes, or contact the teacher if you would like to arrange to start later and have access to recordings. 

Details for in-person classes

  • Masks optional
  • Bring a yoga or movement mat
  • Bring a hand towel
  • Dress in comfortable clothing, layers recommended especially in the winter! 
Parking in the neighborhood is free, and usually quite easy, but leave yourself time to park and walk to class. 
​Please avoid wearing perfumes. Unable to come in person? Join using the zoom link.​

For online classes

  • We recommend taking class on a carpet or some other padded but firm surface.
  • Have a towel or some props to use under your head
  • Please have your camera adjusted so your teacher can see you.
If you have paid for the session, your confirmation email contains your password to join our Zoom room.  To join the class, click the zoom link on the Zoom Link Page
